Wyndarra clients Prue and Eddie Liddelow offered 3 pens of Wyndarra Red Angus sired weaners at the recent Manjimup weaner sale. Their heaviest pen of 8 steers, average weight 449 kilo’s, topped the steer section at $1011 or 225c/kg. The lighter 406 kilo steers made $894. They also achieved top price in the heifer section. Their 7 Red Angus heifers, average weight 412 kilo’s, purchased as future breeders, sold for $972 also making 225c/kg. An outstanding result in a sale that offered just under 700 calves.

Rising 2 year old bulls for sale.
Wyndarra currently has 7 rising 2 year old bulls in preparation for the Power into Profit Sale. A selection of bulls are also available for on farm purchase. These bulls are registered, they have all been early weaned and Zoetis Star vaccinated with 7-1, pestigard and vibrovac.

Led Steers perform well at Perth Royal Show
This year we exhibited 2 led steers to Perth Royal Show. Both boys behaved perfectly the entire show. With an impressive score of 87.14 the lightweight steer placed 7th, less than 1 point separated 5th and 7th. Our heavyweight steer placed 14th, a good effort in a large class.
Wyndarra bred cow Supreme Red Angus Exhibit
CONGRATULATIONS to Tony and Loreen Kitchen and their Supreme Red Angus Exhibit at Perth Royal Show 2014. Bandeeka Red Hetty is by Wyndarra Monarch C08 out of Wyndarra Red Betty A09. Hetty then placed 3rd in the Interbreed Champion Cow. Hetty was exhibited with her 1st calf at foot. I am sure we will see more of Hetty in the show ring.
